    Hey guys

    This is my first time i am posting on the PEN forum, been a long time holder and a long time reader liking the threads. I am no where near a proffesional when it comes to shares, uranium minning or giving advice of any of the above. Just ur standard student. But what NKLEX said about permitting got me thinking what reasons could there be not to provide permitting for Lance? could someone pls help me out here i just think it would be good to know the reasons that may (thats a HUGE may(be)) not allow PEN the permitting thats all nothing more. Sorry if any believe i am down ramping because i am not!
