On the contrary niz, good thinking. Permitting is an extremely important part of the process, which is why I am so focussed on it.

The fact also that the appointment of WWC to conduct the ISR permitting program is another good decision Imo. Not only do they specialise in regulatory permitting and are experienced in all facets of the Wyoming regulatory and permitting process, but they were involved in the rehabilitation of the Nubeth pilot plant in the 1980s.

Probably one of the main reasons why WWC have committed to the completion and submission of all permitting applications to the NRC and Wyoming WDEQ by Dec 1st 2010.

So it appears the scene is getting set for Pen.
