Hi Herlat,
Source was Sprott when discussing why Zona 7 permitting was so problematic.
I then discussed with Paul when seeking BKY's view. Paul's riposte was that BKY intended to mine in small sections using box cuts and then filling mined areas in to reduce the footprint and to minimize dust.
