i guess put yourself in the shoes of the lender, and their lawyers.
if you were going to write the fine print, you say at 50 pence if on time, 27 pence if its running late,
but surely there is a break cause, if the entire project is shelved, that the money, the investment in the company the loan funds are used for purpose lent.
Otherwise, thanks for the loan, now we're going to spend it on XYZ, but you can still have shares ?
(who lends 90m without covering their backsides ?)
