    I'm waiting till it opens on market. most likely will trade below $1 as most LIC's start off at discounts to NTA until they prove
    they can outperform. QVE, another LIC run by Anton Tagliaferro who is highly regarded, recently IPO'd at $1 but on market went down promptly into the low 90's.
