    Except, I should add, that we still have to wait 6 months for maps of exact boundaries of what's in and what's out as per the exclusion clauses of the NTDP, prime agricultural land, and whatever else they throw in there. Plus, IMO, add to that all LGU's with prohibitive ordinances.


    P.S. I wonder if Apples is still holding?
