re: not perplexing - valuations.. The technical picture on TOX is very encouraging. Overall almost all of the resource specs are in downtrends with very few exceptions. They have been battered for months especially since the Ides of March. Assume that some of these cash poor traders have been trading TOX and this is one of the VERY FEW stocks looking bullish and they are selling to raise cash. Stock volumes have been relatively light on the pullback compared with the rally of last last year that saw TOX go from 1 to +3 cents. Volumes ran into several hundred million on the first rise. The technical picture looks very positive at this stage building out from a five month consolidation pattern. Time to be patient and buy this break from the base of the pullback.
