Hi Gadabout,
As ARL transfer was annulled by FedCourt ruling and as Dgenny declared "no contest" as far as her threatened appeal is concerned, these assets revert to unwilling Dgenny who will have to bear PIF cross for a little while yet.

ARL declared depreciation of some 40% for the assets held 4 months or so.
PIFAG will need to question this very hard and take steps towards Independent Valuation of ALL ASSETS and join in my push for an immediate FREEZE on all dealings involving these assets.

That's my last crumb over there; I better get it before the WC crows get a peck.
