well, this is the way I look at it.
1. Old directors just want to sell out but when they sell is upto individual
taste to risk. They know may be the sp can not hold and try and sell in
lots rather than dump....
2. 5.2 placement - remember this is HIGH risk stock. you and I might have 1m
shares and may absorb that loss..but 52m shares is a big share mate. they
usually have a target return..may be 10-20% and dump accordingly...again
in lots .....
3. Some traders/brokers deal and want to keep the price low so they put in
large sell orders to scare the nervous people out there...this allows the
traders to accumulate........
