Miners say the tide has turned
But the big excitement concerns Perseus Mining (PRU). From 70c on Wednesday to 83c on Friday with big volume until a trading halt was called. Its Ghana deposit already has 5.28 million ounces of gold, but new numbers will come out by tomorrow morning and obviously the expectations are high. Perseus has already rebuffed Canadian brokers offering more than $50 million if only Perseus would make a placement.
