just to correct that article, Teranga's market cap is $600m not $350m. Still cheap considering it's spent $400m on the plant and has paid off the project debt for it already. I feel much more comfortable today holding companies like PRU and TGZ that have their financing done, plant constructed and in production, rather than the explorers/developers with their capex ahead of them.
