I don't find you annoying at all Matt, in fact I enjoy the argy bargy of the property thread. But for it seems silly to be so one eyed in belief something will eventuate. Much how you say for so called bulls to open up there eyes to what is happening. I say you have your eyes closed in a similar vein, like Steven Keen believed something would happen but failed to open his eyes to the facts. Funny thing is like keen if you are wrong you will just push out the time line much like Bears did in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and now 2012 is the year for the crash,. Or will it get pushed out to 2013, 2014, 2015. I bet you it will.
