I can see how people discredited this guy and the so called 'doom and gloomers', while the finely tuned, well oiled, government funded property machine was pumping out wealth to both the learned and dumb alike.
But for anyone to simply brush off what the raw stats are telling us, now that this property machine is chugging, spitting out cogs and smoking with the slow down in government funding, is just naive by the learned and simply dumb by the lucky fool.
Not sure if you anyone saw this morning but France just had their AAA credit rating downgraded.
Yep it's all roses and strawberries out there! Time to buy, buy, buy!
