We will be tracked and the amount of co2 we emit with travel is recorded, then food purchases and if we reach our limit we will be stopped from movement, or purchasing... but of course you can BUY extra credits if you want, and maybe a poor neighbour needs $$ , well buy some of their carbon credits so you can drive your car etc.. Then move into a 15 minute city so not to travel far, eat veggies not meat , its a slow train wreck happening before our eyes ...
