going to be a decent size consolidation of script at one point. just too many shares out there at present - and not enough cash in the bank.

with over a billion shares on issue i would say a 10:1 share consolidation is virtually a certainty, probably sooner, rather than later. this will be done in conjunction with another ramp to get the best price possible prior to the consolidation, then a placement with a broker to get cash back in the coffers...

all these small spec stocks operate the same way. not saying there isnt potential in the product but you only need to look at the legit biostocks such as vcr, pxs, bta etc, to see how hard it is to truely break through in this industry.
