I'm lucky that I've managed to surround myself with mostly sane, intelligent, and well-rounded individuals so my experience is limited, but I do know of two people who are anti-vax. They don't talk about it openly and they don't post about it. The fact that they're not spreading misinformation makes me respect them a tiny bit more than anti-vaxxers who post and repost misleading and downright incorrect info to scare others into becoming anti-vax too. One of them chose to not vaccinate because she believes the lie that vaccinations will make her sterile. The other person I know that isn't vaccinated is a mystery as to why. All I know about them is that they aren't vaccinated and don't plan to get vaccinated but they're a hermit and don't leave their house often so that may play into the reason behind it.
