Seems to me the first option with Cornell is with CMR who CHOSE to issue what they did at the time in lieu of cash for the progressive payments.

Seems to me so long as the company can repay in cash from operations, or cash from pro-rata share issue to shareholders cap raising ....... lets not discount that poss, I would rather the opportunity than being diluted by others ...... or any other means like merger with cashcow etc like, Zeus forbid OZL haha, then share dilution is not an issue ... if indeed it is at the company's discretion.
