Confirmation from management that if the company cannot make a con note repayment in cash (as requested by the note holder) that the company must issue shares at a recent VWAP (in this latest case 22c).

As I have been saying this means a death spiral of ever cheaper share issues to paydown the con notes. Expect this latest Cornell issue to hit the market with a rush..... but who will step in a soak them up? Those on HC should have stopped averaging down and hopefully lightened up.
