I think a lot of the really good info is obscured in the rights offer document. Although to be fair, the rights offer document compiles a lot of information from over the years. The only problem is that people who are not entitled to the rights or otherwise know that there are listed rights at the moment wouldn't look at it

Hopefully the company takes up my suggestion and prepares some info for stupes like me!

I am well positioned to take up a big chunk of NTL rights through the offer, it will be interesting to see how much they raise!
