Thanks CB, I learned a new word today - otiose!

I have no real preference for OptionCo, New Direction or even the current board, because it's impossible to know in foresight which is better able to achieve CTP's biggest challenge, which is the ability to source funding in the range of $100M. What I do know is that regardless of whatever non-binding discussions have been had, it's going to be very difficult in the current market to do it on favourable terms, particularly with the less-than-optimal outcome of the GMRG process.

I have very rarely held shares in a company, particularly a junior company, where I consider the board have fully earned their usually obscene remuneration packages, and I doubt that will change regardless of who gets up here.

So I consider the discussion, one might say, somewhat... otiose.
