So let me see if I have this right, The New Direction Team announces that it has access to US $100Mil.

Naturally subject to due diligence and taking power at Board level.

But you seem to think that the New Direction Team should have a signed and sealed contract in place setting out all the various terms and conditions and then for some really strange reason tell you and others.

Really ?

So tell me where is the OptionCo or the Current board document so we can see what they have to say.
