A guy rings Hotel reception during the night and says "I've got a problem, we're on the 15th floor and my wife is trying to jump out the window". The night clerk says " I'm very sorry to hear that, but it is a personal matter and I cannot get involved. I suggest you hang up now and dial 000 immediately".The guy responds "it isn't a personal matter, it is a maintenance issue, I can't get the bloody window to open".
