I spoke to company sec today and asked him next steps.
They will need to call an EGM before 30/11/2015 and the notice of EGM has to be approved by ASX. So they will engage with ASX to try to find a solution whereby they do not have to reveal the purchaser.
They are standing firm on their decision and hope to remove suspension prior to EGM, but were unwilling to offer any timelines.
