yes the response you received is exactly the same as the letter I received - what a farce.
Please have a look at my other post just now.
I really think that the market in our shares is not a properly informed market.
The directors of LLP have an obligation to ASX and to S/h to keep the ASX informed of all MATERIAL matters which might affect the trading in LLP shares.
Surely the reasons why they are telling us that we should accept an offer of 31c for our shares is a material matter?
