Disappoint the market, and they are toast, but get it up and running and the price will go to 15/16 cents straight away.

The POS has to go up at some point when the Central Banks run out of silver bullion to fill the demand/supply gap that has existed for silver for 20 yrs. Can't go on running in deficit for ever, must alter at some point. Exactly when, well we shall see I suppose.
