I used the figures, as shown below. I didn't include existing options on issue as they themselves will be dilutive upon conversion. 51.5M doesn't make much impact on the number anyway.

Exactly why the resolutions won't get up? I'll believe it when i see it. Most resolutions like these get up. If i was holding i know what i'd vote though!
