I don't understand why you think "they would have partnered already by now." It takes time to negotiate partnering deals, which can only be done AFTER the trial results are out. The partnering company has to do due diligence into the trial results and then there is to-ing and fro-ing to get the best deal from one of the potential parties. Once agreement has been reached, it all has to go the lawyers.
The Cpn10 results in lupus were only released a little over 2 weeks ago on 17 August, and we are still some weeks away (it would seem0 from getting the final results of the nadolol smoking cessation trial.
So let's give them a chance! I would hope there would be some announcements on partnerships before the end of 2015. It would be a nice Christmas present.
