I think it is actually the ASX that is in error here and not the company. Sounds like the ASX failed to promptly handle a company request for a trading halt.

The auction results will speak for themselves so no need to refute the article, however they would have taken steps behind the scenes. When I first saw the badly written and inaccurate article I alerted the company and their PR man, however I did not receive a reply.
