Oh yes they were asleep after so many cocktails. They are management it was their responsibility to make sure the trading halt was in place prior to market open in Australia. It does not matter where they were in the world. They could pick the phone up at that early hour and made a call to the ASX and asked why hadn't the trading halt been put in place. But no they were probably hung over to many cocktails!
