I agree..have a look at today the stock was being capped at .72c
The buyers take the .72c and the capper comes back on .72c Yep same old pattern keeping the price down
These players who obviously hold millions of shares are in full control
To me this could be deterring the buyers

I wouldn't pay any attention to commsec they would not know
If anything it should be investigated by ASIC
