All of the dilution really doesn't mean much in my opinion , it is getting soaked up by whoever is behind this anyway, in reality all this dilution or should I say the amount of money raised is just a bit more on top of the sale price in reality? it means that they have bought all of those shares available at a small price ? say 100 million or maybe a bit more? but in order for them to get it all, they will still have to fork out what the asking price is or they won't get control or ownership of 100% which is my take.
