    Looks like things are now coming to ahead. Share price being driven by sellers to 0.4 by Friday with the news of an on time and as specified delivery of the MPM. Why is this achievement so bad people are now being driven to finally sell their shares???

    (Moosey) ATK is either using MST?s patented tech or not. IF it is, it's more likely to be under license than simply 'stolen'. If it is, MST is certainly not allowed to tell anyone. Just like ATK was not allowed to show journalists! If ATK has licensed that MST patent, it may certainly explain why a small group of investors in 09 didn't pull the plug and continue to fund MST.

    MST current financials suck! But as a take over target, I don?t think they mean much. Because for technology companies, it really is just their IP potential that counts in a take over!

    Microsoft paid $8.5 billion in cash for what? A well run business with stable profits and good financial performance?

    Last month Skype reported;
    -A net loss of $6.9 million on nearly $860 million in revenue (Having lots of customers who love you is some what easy when you?re selling your products/services to them at a loss!)
    -About $US775 million in debt
    -More than $1 billion in liabilities
    -A revolving credit line of $US30 million

    Under the terms of the deal, Microsoft will assume Skype's debt. That's a lot of debt for a business that can't generate profits from hundreds of millions in sales revenue. Could MST generate profit from hundreds of millions in sales revenue?

    Now why the establishment of a distributor for non-military MAUL sales? Why not 12 months ago? What's changed? Who wants this? Does this in fact imply the buyer of MST doesn't have a sales business targeting this market segment in ANZ? MST certainly has the ability to market MAUL to the 10 or so possible civilian buyer organisations in ANZ. So is it not fair to speculate and guess the buyer doesn't want to pursue this sales channel directly and instead wants a distributor?

    With all these happenings, I don't think it's wrong to speculate a take over offer may be made before the AGM. With the SP hitting 0.4, will people consider 3 cents per share good enough? Or would this cause a riot at the AGM with MAUL's deployed!!!???

    Could it be BAE??? R&D arrangements could remain essentially unchanged while the accounting, HR, sales and marketing are integrated and picked up by relevant BAE business unit's world wide. I don't think BAE has a sales and marketing business unit targeting civilian police forces in ANZ!

    Bottom line, possible take over offer next wednesday at 3 cents a share from BAE. :)

    PS. All this IS wild guessing and speculating based on a very few bits of info in the public domain. For what I Actually Know, MST could declare bankruptcy at the AGM. Investors should stick with Telstra and its dividends while running away from this crazy place!!
