i like the way its being done

when you have a well being drilled without reporting, then your in the position to shake out a lot of daytraders

i think that a well involving 2 different governments will be one that needs to be totally without disclosure until TD is reached and wirelined

my view is that it would be impossible to do any reporting until a lot of very important partners needs are satisfied.

the lack of any reporting was disclosed, and its not going to change.

i can see some clever buying taking place which is exactly what you would do if the risk reward price was at this level. imho the sellers are getting skinned
