OBL’s ability to explore Derby given its cash situation may have been questioned by DMP. That would be a reasonable and responsible action by a govt agency.
It all comes down to the CR now which is needed for general running expenses, flagged exploration program(s), and perhaps any legals relating to the other 50% of Derby.
Can they get it away and at what level of dilution to existing share-holders?
Potentially lots of dollars at stake here so expect serious game playing all round imho. OBL is small fry in a sea of giants so the ride will be rough.
