    mak cap 158 mill.
    shares 1.4 bill
    STO
    at sp of $12
    mak cap 12 bill
    shares 946 mill.

    sto employees 3000 plus.
    So sto is in ,to spend $150 mill over stages, over 13 ctp permits.when ever?????
    Thats the issue.
    whats the plan cottee?

    sto could take over ctp in a wink.
    At ctp at 158 mill ,sto could walk in.
