Joint venture would makes sense regarding IXP and/or PAD. Had the idea mgmt's focus is very much that direction. Fact is, it took a s***load of time but they cleaned up and follow their strategy with a lot more market experience compared with 4-5 yrs ago. Close above 17,5c triggers a next buy.
