Perspective

Team, all of this anxiety was evident a few months out from the last court decision. These are the facts as i see them:

1. Case got thrown out, in fact SMM got spat on, thats how badly they did

2. We have an agreement with the biggest local miner, with a $5m loan, paid either by shares or cash, by September i believe. Preparing for production

3. Massive resource

4. Expectation - given what happened at the last hearing, highly likely that this will get thrown out again.

Nothing has changed

Negatives
1. delay in court hearing -oh well,
2. R.M sells his shares - maybe he needed the money, maybe he thinks it will go lower and wants to make some money, who knows, but i don't think it changes the facts as we know them
