As we are coming into a period where we should be pulling together, not apart, I wanted to raise a few points to put things into a proper perspective.

What is the best way to create a divide or civil war within a group?

Allow two sectors to start fighting against each other and start a divide.

We have witnessed this in recent years when the US wanted to put an end to Saddam Hussein's dictatorship.
How do you go into a country and stay there for a prolonged period, once your search for ‘weapons of mass destruction’ is no longer a viable excuse?

You start a civil war between the two groups (in this case the Shiite’s and the Sunni’s) and have the world look at you as a savour, when in fact your intention was to cause anarchy and syphon billions of barrels of oil.

To elaborate on my point, two British SAS were caught shooting and bombing innocent Iraqi civilians to fuel sectarian divide through false flag terror. They dressed up as one side, killed and bombed the opposition, and that started a civil war within Iraq and allowed the US to extend their stay all with an ulterior motive.

The same thing is happening right here with CTP. Certain posters are trying to create a civil war so that we start to fight each other, rather than the true enemy, MB, RC and the current board.

If you are in two minds and thinking of changing your vote as some have suggested, please realise that this is exactly what they want. They want you to have an element of doubt, and except 20c and a CVN with a zero value outcome attached.

    Ask yourself this question:
Would MB ever come in and offer us a fair price with our best interests at heart or would they offer us a price with a massive potential upside for them? The answer is obvious.

Yes, they have the deep pockets in order to move forward and maximise the companies potential, and currently, we don’t. However, we won’t be in this position forever and the potential will be realised through funding of some sort.

At the end of the day, everyone is entitled to their vote, either for or against.
But just know that MB and the dooms day pundits on this forum, may just have an ulterior motive or agenda that is not in your best interest.

Make your decision on what is best for you, not someone else’s opinion that is trying to create a divide and civil war between shareholders. If you fall for that, they win.

As for ‘New Direction’ and ‘Optionco’, both have their pro’s and cons.

Let’s concentrate on controlling the controllables first and win the vote. Once this is done, then let’s vote and agree on the best option for CTP moving forward.

We are facing a tough period and it will be made even tougher if we go it alone. If we do not join together, we are setting ourselves up for failure. We are stronger in numbers and no matter what MB, the board or Rc's cold calling throws at us, we will get through this, if we stick together.
