The old Nexus scare campaign, lets have a look at why this is different.
Firstly Nexus was in financial trouble well and truly before the SoA was offered. Seven had inside information through Voelte (one minute Chairman of Nexus, next MD for Seven), and the SoA offer was actually made lower than the current SP. the board clearly advised SH's that the company could not remain solvent.
CTP have advised SH's that the company is cash flow positive and can adequately service all obligations for at least the next 12 months.
