It is nice to dream but I think people are being too unrealistic here. I think at this point a CR is all but assured. If other option of finance was possible then everything would have been arranged by now instead of leaving it up towards the last minute. A good time would have been during the week when the SP was spiking up over 7 cents. Nothing happened then so it would only be logical to not expect much at this point.

So what price level would the CR be done at? I think based on hindsight it would be logical to assume that an upcoming CR would be done at 25 percent discount of current price. I think it pays to remember that the last CR was done when sentiments were generally more upbeat than it is now. Even then, SPP participation was low with, from my knowledge, no participation from institutional financier. If the last CR had no insto and it was done at ~25% discount then it would only be logical to expect at least the same if not worse.

So how much money would be raised? The last CR raised 15 million minus 6% fees. From my knowledge, this time around SAS has around 510 million shares to do a CR with. If that CR is done at 25% discount then we are talking at best around 18 million with 6% fees already subtracted. So then there would be around 2.3 billion shares on issue. Assuming market cap remains at 100 mill then the SP would drop to around 4.3 cents. Based on hindsight, however, I think it is safe to assume that there would be dumping to the level well below the SP that the CR was done at. So my guess is that SAS share may end up well below 3.5 cents after the CR.

So what happen then? If there is still no revenue then I think another CR should be expected...and another one and another and another and another....

Would not be out of this world to calculate that SAS may end up with more than 30 billion shares in circulation...

So 10 dollars per share would be...a market cap of....wait for it...300 billion. SAS a 300 billion dollar company? Pretty steep dream...
