Excellent points RBx. The other big factor is that there are a number of competitors to the Novartis Lu-PSMA that are following right on it's heels.
For example Telix's TLX-591 https://telixpharma.com/pipeline/tlx591/ (Disclaimer: I hold TLX as well, but it's very relevant here), which has distinct advantages over Novartis and has recently started P3.
So there will be more than Novartis interested, and they will all be looking for competetive advantages.
