would definitely make sense, but what happens if they bleed funds dry before the commercialisation deal comes? MEM has been a perennial disappointment machine, I’d doubt they’d back themselves in to wait until a deal before a raise.
The market reaction to a deal will be muted when you know they’ve gotta raise money as well
They’ve said they’ll do a raise in Feb, they’re going to make this hard on themselves if there’s no deal between now and then.
