This stock bounces (manipulated) around too much to be tightly held.

We must be watching different stocks. Other than a couple of spikes here or there this stock has ranged between around 2.3c and 3c for around 9 months. Regardless, large movements are often because a stock is tightly held. Finally, you cliam manipulation, well you cant manipulate stocks that are not tightly held easily. Much easier to manipualte if ou have control of the stock.

I guess we have different definitions of what a tightly held stock is.
