For those of you who did not get there it was a good AGM.
Iggy ran though all of the current activities and interestingly pointed out that their current model assumes sale price of HPA was $23000 per tonne but current sale price in Japan is $30,000per tonne. If this higher sales price is used the IRR is 42% and NPV over $500m
The meeting between German bankers and Mitsubishi in Tokyo earlier this month went well.
As Iggy said, its all down to the finance. We will know Q1 2017.
They expect they will need to do an equity raise of $30M + once the debt funding is in place, but of course they want this at a much higher price. Iggy was saying that all current cornerstone investors ( instos) would like to participate.
Bring on Q1 2017.
