on the other hand, imagine what kind of a lowlife would you have to be in order to 'talk people into' or 'keep trying to get people to buy' when you can see that situation is about to get worse and worse...
mate, the karma that will come from that is horrific !
and yet, some people do it 'day in day out'...even when they are not real estate agents !
