my point of the post is that people are getting desperate in trying to offload their house. i dislike auctions at the best of times because of the way they are conducted. the auctioneer is allowed up to ten vendor bids which defeats the purpose of an auction imo. fair enough that there is a reserve.
at this one he bid the price up to 460 and then gave up.
