I did some research on Burgess and Wilson and not much comes up. Are you a registered member with them? not sure if the Burgess guy is Ivan Burgess? I coldnt see their AFS licence either ... might be for sophisticated investors or non Oz people.
yes it uses FIX (not completed yet) because thats the only true universal communication protocol for financial markets/vendors.
The 100GB is best-bid-offer tick data for USDJPY, EURUSD and EURGBP ... for high frequency systems (IMO)its best to use tick data ... the data goes to the nearest millisecond ... more accurate but much data to crunch.
