malaga...I suspect its the formerly young naive journos, now heading into the wife nesting period, territory.... and she is not going to live in some tiny pad in the middle of the free, non committed, happy community... while she is nesting... so they stuck their heads out of their cocoons, and looked around at house prices....after all their adults years as renters....some are now in their 40's
and boy, were they shocked, at seeing where prices had gone.....whilst they were stuck in their little cocoons
it is noticeable with the fairfax papers...and their tirade against melbourne house prices....... the rest of the community has learnt to live with it...and survive, and prosper...and most of all adapt...
in the meantime, the developers are building zillions of little boxes, high rises, to keep the majority happy, in an affordable pad, walking or bike riding distance to work so what the problem
