G. Rineharts project is still lightyears away in my opinion. Too many people assume this is a definate project, which it is not.
She still needs at least 6 billion to finance this.
The O/G sector might do better then expected though. Just don't count on projects too much who haven't got solid financial backing.
Way too risky to get a leveraged investment for the longterm. A home I do understand if you have a safe job.
