I get the distinct feeling that you and Nata are softening somewhat. Still there is a lot of common ground and time will tell. Have been waiting for more listings to hit market. Lot of developers etc held off or could not sell last year. So far they have not come back. Landlords do not work we lie awake all night worrying remember.
